Feeling calm
I might have missed the blog yesterday, but I think it’s a good post-lunch ritual. I’ve been enjoying getting up early and setting aside time for meditation. Yesterday was tough, though— I was exhausted and had a headache. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get a workout in today. Another thing I’m happy about is having a meal around 4-5 pm. It’s great because I don’t feel super hungry by dinner time, which I really like. I also put my technology away by 8 pm yesterday, which was great. So, these are a few good habits I’ve built, and I’m feeling calm because of them.
